Terms & disclaimers

Courtroom Coach is an argument-rehearsal tool for licensed attorneys and supervised legal professionals. It does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or a legal service of any kind. It is not a lawyer, not a judge, and no attorney-client relationship is created by using it. Nothing generated here — questions from the simulated bench, scoring, or the bench memo — may be relied on as a statement of law, a prediction of any ruling, or a substitute for your own research and professional judgment.

No legal advice, no legal opinion

Output is coaching on delivery and argument structure. It is not advice about your matter, your jurisdiction, or your client, and it must never be relayed to a client as advice.

No attorney-client relationship

Using Courtroom Coach creates no attorney-client relationship with Courtroom Coach or anyone operating it, and nothing you enter is protected by that privilege as against us.

Generated content can be wrong

The simulated judge is a language model. It invents citations, misstates holdings, and misreads standards of review. Verify every authority against the primary source before it reaches a filing or a courtroom.

No prediction of any outcome

Scores measure responsiveness, pace, and structure in this rehearsal only. They say nothing about how a real judge will rule.

You remain responsible

You keep every professional obligation — competence, confidentiality, candor to the tribunal, and supervision of the tools you use. Confirm your jurisdiction's rules on AI use before putting a live matter through it.

Who may use Courtroom Coach

Access is limited to licensed attorneys and legal professionals working under attorney supervision, verified through a firm, agency, or in-house email domain and a bar number. Accounts are not self-serve: every request is reviewed by hand, seats are personal, and credentials may not be shared. We may withdraw access at any time if a domain, credential, or use of the tool cannot be verified.

Confidentiality and your own duties

Case material you enter stays in the browser tab for the length of the session and is not stored on our servers, but model calls are processed by a third-party subprocessor. Apply your own judgment under your rules of professional conduct, your client's engagement terms, and any protective order before putting a live matter through the tool. Redacting client identifiers is the safer default.

No warranty, limited liability

Courtroom Coach is provided as is, without warranty of accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the tool or reliance on anything it generates, including any procedural, strategic, or professional consequence in a real proceeding. Credits are a prepaid usage balance, not a retainer.
