Refund Policy
Courtroom Coach Inc. offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on credit purchases made through Courtroom Coach.
Our guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to every credit pack we sell, whether or not you have started using the credits.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and merchant of record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at support@courtroomcoach.ai and we will raise it with Paddle for you. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
After a refund
When a purchase is refunded, the corresponding credits are removed from your wallet. Any credits already consumed in an argument session are deducted from the balance being refunded only where required; where in doubt we resolve in your favour.
